A Pet's Paradise

I went in today after just moving here and was hoping to browse and just get my pup Bagel out and about. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly! They were talkative, offered suggestions without pressuring, and treated my dog so well! They also let me browse a bit on my own. Overall, an excellent experience. They had exactly what I needed with unique toys and treats that are good for my dog! They even offered to have us come to socialize my pup, even if we dont buy anything. Bagel had a great time and got lots of love and attention. I will be going back anytime I need anything for my sweet Bagel.

This is my go to pet store. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and they love giving my boys treats when we come. while this little store might be small it has everything you would want for you furry pets.

This isn't just a place for quality supplies; their staff has Extensive knowledge about all of the natural challenges of pet ownership you may encounter. They were incredible when I adopted my anxious gentleman Tommy and helped me every step of the way to integrating him with a lot of nerves and past trauma successfully in his new forever home. When my neighbor had a problem with their dog not eating, I confidently directed them to Kim & Emily at A Pets Paradise for solutions - and sure enough - within a week Spice had rebounded and was her old self again. I can't emphasize enough the value of shopping local and leaning on the expertise of people who dedicate their lives to the wellbeing of our little furry ones. Even if it weren't conveniently right around the corner, I'd happily go out of my way for the care & attention that's immediately obvious when you walk in the door. 10/10

You can tell the people running this shop genuinely care about you and your pets. They are kind, give wonderful advice, and carry food that my cats go crazy for. I went in there today because our cat's kidney condition had worsened and she wasn't eating. The lady at the counter recommended some food, and kitty actually poked her head out to investigate when I opened one and scarfed it down. We'll be back!

I always come to this shop when I’m in the neighborhood. The staff is so friendly, the food reasonably priced, and there’s always something cute I leave with for my pups. I love the dog apparel selection here.

Great shop! Came a while back and forgot to post my experience. I came in looking for products to for my dog's dental health. Had to employees offer me tips and what products would or would not help my dog. Didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. They had a sign up for a talk with a guest speaker about dog dental health, too. Bummed I missed it. I did end up leaving with some super cute cookies for my pup! Will return for more treats for my Aussie.

absolutely the BEST pet store i’ve ever ever been to!! The customer service is unmatched!! They go above and beyond for their customers and are extremely knowledgeable about all things food and treats for specific dog breeds. If you have any questions about what food to feed your dog this is the place to go, they will help guide you in the right direction! They went above and wayyy beyond to help ensure my dog had her food when I was away and I failed to replenish sooner and needed a delivery. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing all the staff is at Pets Paradise!! They have all the best food, treats, toys and whatnot. My dog LOVES coming in here. they are so welcoming. I really can’t say enough good things about them!! Shout out to Emily and Kim and the gentleman who works there, just fantastic people!!

My dog loves coming here and drags us in anytime we pass by. They have a great selection of toys, treats, and food. The real highlight is the staff. They're so patient with Winnie who is very good at sneaking behind the counter for attention and treats. We've found some great items here, and knowing how much the staff cares about dogs and knows what dogs need and like, I highly trust their recommendations.

This place is where you when you want community, customer service, and camaraderie! I am extremely grateful for the staff always remembering who I am and what my dogs diet consist of. Their prices are fantastic and constantly aligned with quality! Not to mention... what an awesome gig to also have a crystal shop to roam and adventure through while taking care of your animal friends. Love this place! Love these people! Love this atmosphere! Come here!
