Gave them a 60 day notice when I was moving out, I was buying a home after living there for 3 years. We closed on the 8th, just couldn't make it by the first. They charged the full months rent for 8 days. I left the place immaculate and they kept the full $1325 deposit. They are slum lords. Don't rent from them.

Very honest and fixed anything and everything right away. Scott W Dougherty was the most honest nice helpful rental dude I have ever dealt with. Thank you! A plus was a good year.oh ya and the maintenance guy was awesome also! Very impressed.
