A Rose by Harvest

I get the freshest flowers at reasonable prices here. There's never a crowd, selection is amazing. Customer service is great, I'm usually out in minutes. I really appreciate doing business with them.

Lovely array of rose selections, blooms are stunning and fresh but customer service is appalling. Went into store browsed, made my selection bought them to the rear of store waiting for the guy to come out to ring up order. Waited about 5 plus minutes being the only customer in the store decided now after 10 minutes of wait time after bringing selected item to back I decidwd to knock on glass sliding doors just in case this guy didn't see me, but before I did a tiny framed white lady entered store, Mr. Man in the back was in the main area of store before she was fully through the door, pass me and proceeded to welcome her in the store. I just know I was not invisible with my 5 feet 7 1/2 frame. I waited and lookedlin awe to see what was gonna happen next, then the tiny framed white lady said I will make my selection so you can finish with the young lady. At this point I started to head for the door, the lady stopped me seeingsmy frustation, I explained what happened, the worker in thr store denied any ill treatment, little did he know I passed the lady in her vehicle in the parking spot right by the door. She said she was waiting for metermaid to leave so she can run in and out the store without being ticketed and she was watching what was going on in the store bc she saw me as I made my selection and went to the back and waited for assistance. My tiny framed hero confirmed what she saw happen and walked out the store with me empty handed and apologize on their behalf. One of my worst experience and I frequent floral district weekly for my floral supplies.... I just didn't look like typical floral designer or have any money to spend.

They have an amazing selection of roses and some other flowers, prices are super reasonable, fresh from Ecuador!
