Paul did an awesome job and was so quick. He came to my house the same day I called, and was quick with responding. My carpets and upholstery look a thousand times better, and he was so friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will use his services again in the future.
Paul came out today and did an awesome job cleaning my carpet. He left it like new and took out all the stains. He really took his time and went the extra mile. Also called short notice and they came out promptly.
If I could give them no stars I would....i made an appointment for the morning guy of the name of Paul was late. I always used them for the last 6 years and it was always affordable never paided more than $120 for a small dinning room small living room and hallway area ...he tried to charge me $170 for very little work and when I tried to negotiate he was very rude and said ok and left ....garbage company who has people like that working for them ...never again
Paul came out to my house today and did an amazing job. He got out stains that my other carpet cleaner never could get out..best service ever..fair prices for quality work a great experience I am going to recommend him to all my friends
Tried to make an appointment for cleaning. The guy wouldn't give me an appointment timeframe, only said he would let me know when he got thru his days work. Let him know I have a hospice patient and need a timeframe. Still wouldn't give any timeframe. Was pretty rude. Fortunately I found someone else who could help me, Osters. Hey, everyone has a bad day but this was not good business practice. And no, he didnt give me an appointment timeframe. If he would have, this post wouldn't have been written.
Great same day service with amazing prices. I was skeptical because they were cheaper then the rest of the places I called. I gotta say when the work was complete I was totally happy. Paul and his crew went above and beyond. I Will definitely recomend A Steam Pro to everyone I know. Thanks guys keep up the great work.
Called about 8 months ago and the customer service was so horrible we weren't willing to use their service. They wouldn't even come out and give an estimate. Decided to call again today and the guy would barely let me speak. I tried to ask questions and was cut off several times with him saying "do you want to set up the service or what" he said this at least 2 times within a 2 min or less conversation. I kept asking for price and he says 120. He then changes and says I'll give you an estimate when I get there to do the service. Uhhh no. I need to know the price before I agree to a service. I told him I'd call him back. I think before I could get the last word out, HE HUNG UP! no bye, no thank you, no ok just a dial tone. I'm one to give people the benefit of the doubt. Hey maybe my man was having a bad day the day he called him 8 months ago...but that's obvious that this wasn't the case. They can have the best cleaning service in the world but customer service needs to come first. Definitely won't be calling back, but as of the looks of it they probably don't care.
Just moved out of my rental home and had very dark tracks from dirt and pets. We used a home steam unit with multiple kinds of detergents and it still looked terrible. My sister recently used A Steam Pro and recommended that I try it. I was amazed that all of the dark tracks and spots were gone. The price was amazingly affordable and was able to get the entire deposit back. Well worth it!!
They did an AWSOME job on my truck!!! Great price for excellent service!! I will be calling them to do my other cars, my furniture and anything else they will clean for me. Super polite and professional too!!
