Horrible service. If you are not originally from Virginia, do not do business with this company. Very unprofessional and not reliable at all. The Company loves to brag about having fast, '24 hour, 7 days a week' services but that is absolutely false. Our representative goes by the name of KING, and after calling multiple times to get in contact with him he blocked my number. I then had to download an app to gain ownership to a (804) number to even get him on the phone. Please save yourself the hassle and stress and go to someone else who genuinely has your loved one's best interests.

Have had to use Mr. Kings service twice. Both times he was very quick and professional. He was already waiting at the jail when I got there. Explained the process of what to expect from beginning to end. Will definitely use again if I have to.

Vernon was very informative. I had no idea how bonds work and he explained everything perfectly. He is extremely personable and easy going. He is your man if you or your loved one is ever in trouble. Thank you Vernon you are the bomb!

Vernon goes above and beyond on the behalf of his clients. This was not a very positive time in my life needless to say. He had a friendly non-judgmental manner and took the time to fully explain the process, including offering much needed help and advice. He goes above and beyond what I would have expected or hoped for. he cares about his clients not just collecting a fee.
