Good experience with Trevor. Professional and kind. They were able to see us the next day after I called. Unfortunately, the news on the fridge wasn't great but he gave us all our options. His opinion on what to do next was valued. He also gave us suggestions on brands for our next fridge. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!
It was a few weeks back that we utilized A-1 to service our refrigerator. Tad rocks! He was so friendly and explained in detail the issue and how he was going to fix it. We have a Rough Collie named Carmel and she loved all over Tad. He did not have an issue at all and said she could stay out of her cage. Basically, Tad is an expectional employee! Congratulations to those who hired him. Great job, A-1 Appliance Service Co. on having Tad, who represents your company excellent. We will only use A-1 Appliance Service for all future appliance repair. Customer for life!
I had my dryer vent cleaned by A1 Appliance and was very pleased with the results. The nice man showed me a picture of the vent before and after he cleaned it. Wow that was awesome to see. I would recommend everyone to have this done for the safety issues alone not to mention how well my dryer works now with better air flow. See picture below on how clean my vent is now
Great experience overall! The customer service lady was terrific - called me right away following my initial late night email request - found the old records and worked quickly to get a service person to attend to my issue. He inspected to unit, gave me well thought out advice. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.
I had an issue with my relatively new Blue Star range; they contracted A-1 to come and fix the issue. The office staff was responsive and communicative, and the technician Doug was very efficient and knowledgeable. He got everything done quickly and took care of the problem, and he was careful to protect the stove and the kitchen around it from any damage while working. He even gave me a few spare parts in case something similar happened in the future. Although the cost was covered under warranty, it was service I would have been glad to pay for.
I am so happy with A-1 Appliances and the service they have provided me. They are my first experience with an appliance repair company. I have used them multiple time in the past 6 months and am extremely satisified with the experience. Jamie's customer support is exceptional. She is so helpful and always takes care of me. Tad has been out to service my appliances 3 times and I cant say enough about him. Not only is he personable, but he knows exactly what he is doing. This is a company I trust completely and highly recommend.
I just had the pleasure of meeting Tad! He just came to my home to fix my oven. He was very nice, and pleasant, and he had my oven up and working within 30 minutes. I would recommend A-1 Appliance to my family & Friends! Excellent customer Service!
Tad just left here. I must say, I've rarely seen service people with such great attitudes, but Tad is one of them. But to the point of the service call, he took a look at our Hotpoint refrigerator that had stopped cooling. He tried the simple fix with three different parts, which told him the problem was the compressor. He told us he could replace the compressor, but that would be a waste of our money, because we could buy a new one for $300 less than the repair cost. He gave us recommendations on models and sources. I really appreciated both his attitude and advice. This is not my first encounter with A-1 although my first with Tad, but every time they've been here I've been very pleased.
Very happy with today's service call! Doug was very efficient and helpful in diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher. He showed me parts to order on Amazon that were inexpensive $10.99 total! and how to snap them into place to fix the problem. I'm so pleased my only cost is today's house call! Thank you, Doug. I'm impressed by your integrity and expertise and will be calling A-1 for any future appliance repairs.
I am very happy I chose A1 Appliance Repair. A neighbor recommended them so I called them to repair a broken refrigerator. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Tad was terrific…very personable! He had to order a couple of parts but was able to repair the refrigerator. I would highly recommend them!
