Thought I would try this place because it is close to home. They charged me almost $20 per dress and these were just simple summer dresses. I was in shock and have never paid so much for my dry cleaning per piece. When I expressed my concern about the price, they didn’t care! Locations like this that have clothes cleaned offsite pass on their expensive overhead to clients. Shameful…I won’t be back!Service: Dry cleaning

I love when I go in there. The sweet young lady is always with a smile. I haven't the slightest idea what her name is but she seems happy to see me when I come in. If it's for dry cleaning, hemline, hemming my scrubs or anything I need she's always sweet.

After my experience, I received a call back from Sohail who explained the reason for the additional costs and also provided a $10 credit to my account for further use. I appreciate the gesture and would like to go back to them for their services

The owner did a great job addressing an issue I had. He called me and walked me through the reason, which made things clear for me. A1 provides great customer service, and they do a great job.

BACK STORY: Admittedly, I don't use dry cleaners very often, but when I do it has always been A-1 Cleaners. Recently, I found an old down comforter stored in my mom-in-laws closet for years and decided to honor her by having it dry cleaned. Upon arriving at A-1 Cleaners, I was quoted the cost of having the comforter cleaned, but to my surprise when I went to pick it up the cost was more than double what I had been quoted. Turns out that, unknown to this reviewer, that comforter had a duvet I've never owned a duvet, and thus, two separate charges had been registered. Had I been informed there would be two separate charges to clean such an item, I would have removed the duvet and simply washed it without having dry cleaned the down comforter. ENTER ALI: To his credit, and to my satisfaction, A-1's owner/manager ultimately removed the second charge. In my humble opinion, the positive outcome of my experience is what EXCELLENT customer service is all about. I will refer ALL of my friends and neighbors to this location!

I received a text the day before saying my order was ready but when I arrived the next day it wasn’t ready. It took an hour to sort out the confusion and bring my clothes from warehouse. Still till this date, I can never get ahold of the manager/owner to express my experience & get refund that was promise. Do not recommend. Update : 5/5 , still no response. My neighbor also had the same experience last week , how unprofessional.

A1 Cleaners are one of the nicest businesses I have come across since moving to Houston. Wonderful, caring service. I had a jacket repaired and some of my instructions were not clear. When I explained that further repair was required, they offered a re-do for no extra charge. The owner and his staff are always friendly - and they remember their customers. I would highly recommend A-1 Cleaners in City Centre - Houston.

Had A1 clean my Giorgio Armani lamb skin leather jacket, only place that could do it in a reasonable time frame. The customer service was solid, & the quality of work was top notch, my jacket looks brand new again. Highly recommend A1!
