I work out on the road, and these guys were able to coordinate with the family back home for a day to come clean the vents because we bought new washer and dryer. He said he'd be there at noon, and that's exactly when he was there. I was just told by my fiancé, that he showed up, did an awesome job, was super friendly and even went out of his way to tighten a water line to our washer because he noticed the fitting wasn't tight enough. I highly recommend this business! We had someone come out and "clean" our dryer vent. The next day the dryer kept giving us an error message to check vent and smelled like something was burning. Jim performed our dryer cleaning service. He arrived early and was very professional. He throughly cleaned the vent and dryer itself as well as replaced the vent hose. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Steve is efficient and knows his job well. He's on time, honest, as well as neat and tidy. Steve wore shoe covers and his mask. He answered all customer questions thoroughly.
