I had a great experience with A1 Passport & Visa Express. All Passport expediting services are expensive. Being able to deal face to face with a person is why I chose this service over the others, and I'm happy I did. I use my passport as my ID even in the States and needed quick processing to renew it. I went to their website and prepared all my documentation as directed on the site. Then I called them and was at their office in 15 minutes I work about 5 blocks away and they had some time before their next scheduled customer. Spent 15 minutes with Sam going over my documentation, getting a better photo and writing checks. He told me the day it would be submitted to the State Department and I received it from State just 3 days after the submission. Thank you, Sam!
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Sam went out of his way to get me and my boyfriend expedited passports. He was so communicative, kind, empathetic and diligent. I work for a travel company and recommend A1 to anyone needing a passport. Thank you so much Sam. You really saved us.

A1 Passport & Visa Express was fantastic! We had an international trip coming up and didn't realize our son's passport didn't have 6 months remaining on it which is a requirement to travel to certain countries. We called A1 and Sam walked us through everything we needed to do. He made the process very easy and quick! I got the passport in about a weeks turnaround time!!

I had a really great experience with A1 Passport & Visa Express. Sam help me out a lot with getting my passport renewed and back to me quick, before my trip.
I booked a cruise only to realize that my passport had expired earlier in the year. The only passport agency appointments available to expedite the process in time were on the opposite side of the country, and ya girl was panicking. However, after researching local companies, I found this one! Don’t get me wrong, the price is steep for going through a third party for this process, but this company was much cheaper than the other ones in my area, and Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful. He printed my papers for me, answered the phone immediately, and responded to all emails to confirm with me in a timely manner. I submitted my application with him on Tuesday and had my passport by Saturday. So, so grateful!
If I could give a 10 star review I would! Sam and A1 Passport & Visa Express are great at what they do! They are extremely professional, quick in processing and great in communication. This business is well worth the money.
