A1 Recliner and Furniture Repair

They gave me someone else's order, so I called to let them know. Then i had to go back to the store 10 miles each way only to be asked if we purchased the order today, really! Instead of just asking for my receipt which I had. Not a good way to do business, very disappointed.

Came in kind and courteous fixed the back of my couch better then new! Had the couch fixed and everything cleaned up within the hour. I can’t recommend you having him come out and fix your stuff.

Responded on time. Promptly identified problem and resolved in no time. Professional service, courteous, and knowledgeable.

They are difficult to get a hold of. Once you make an appointment, they reschedule.

We were about to throw away our wood patio furniture set as it was so worn and wobbly. A-1 Furniture tech gave us a fair estimate for the amount of work required to restore it. He brought it back looking BETTER than new. Great, honest service and the guy was so kind. Will happily recommend this company to others.
