Chester came out to my house to look at my hot tub it had a bad leak and he did a Great Job fixing it and a few other issues. I highly recommend him for your hot tub repairs/service. Chester is an honest person. He told me exactly what was needed to repair my tub and the quote he gave me was less than what it ended up being. He was very thorough and even explained something’s about my hot tub that I never knew. He also fine tuned a few things that was not even on the list of things. I would not hesitate hiring him to work on your hot tub he is busy but is good at fixing hot tubs and does pool work too. Thanks Chester my hot tub is like new.

Chester the owner was very prompt and great to deal with. My pool pump quit working and he was able to locate parts and give me options for repair or replacement. The service call was completed in a timely manner and he was very professional. I would definitely use his company again.

After having issues with my spa not heating and having my regular company come to diagnose the problem twice, I wasn’t getting a great feeling. Enter Chester from A1 Spa and Pool Repair. I spoke with him on the phone and explained my issue and I instantly felt that he was going to be able to resolve the problem. He DID!! He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, had a conversation with the manufacturer, gave me an estimate and then a few days later came and fixed it. It is now working better than ever! Absolute worst. Said they would come out and look at a job that had a 5 day deadline. 3 days later they hadn't come and when I called and told them we were near the deadline they laughed at me. Said they might be able to make it out in the next 2 days. If it didn't rain. What? To look at a jacuzzi tub inside a house? They certainly don't sound like they know what they're doing. Chester is an honest person. He gave me advice over the phone before the appointment to see if I could fix it myself. After that he came to the appointment and made a quick inexpensive fix. He didn’t try to run up the price and gave me suggestions on other items- while educating me on the pool system as a whole. This is a Great company and very honest. I highly recommend them.

Chester visited my home 3 times to ensure my hot tub, with several problems, was fixed. First visit for trouble shooting and estimate. After receiving parts, he came out and repaired my display, cut and added new piping for my drain where leak was found, and cleared out my impeller, which returned my jets to 100%. He even returned a 3rd time to add a connector to my drain tube for easier draining. Chester was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

We realized this afternoon- after 1 p.m.- that our pool wasn't on. We discovered our pump was dead. I called around and couldn't find anyone who could come out. My husband found Chester via Google and when we called, Chester came right out because he happened to be in our area. He was able to fix our pump quickly because he had what he needed on the truck, and the cost was around $100 less than what other places quoted me. Thanks, Chester, for saving our kid's pool party!
