WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. I got a gel mani & pedi done last week and within days the nails started turning BROWN. I wish I had taken photos of that. Went to get them fixed and they RUSHED through the process. They “fixed” 7 of nails in the time they fixed my friends ONE chipped fingernail yes they chipped too. The nails are all different colors not planned, you can SEE MY FINGERNAILS underneath the one coat that she did. My thumb nail is half shaved off. I asked her to add more coats so she fixed ONE finger then literally screamed “finished” at me until I stood up. Even though my friend again, with one fingernail getting fixed was still not done next to me. Some other things; - They told me makeup remover is what turns them brown. I’ve been using makeup wipes... even so, They never warned me about any of this prior and I don’t know many people in NYC who don’t wear makeup, so maybe they should warn people. - The woman fixing my nails was again yelling at me to put my hands under the light even though she hadn’t turned the light on but probably didn’t notice, because she wasn’t paying any attention to what she was doing. - When I picked the color from the first time to get my nails fixed, she said, no that can’t be it because of how much the nails had changed in that time. - Most of the rest of the staff was friendly and polite the first time that I got them done. Honestly I wish I had left them brown instead of getting them fixed so I wouldn’t have had this even worse experience. The way the woman treated me when getting them fixed was the worst part. Absolutely in shock from the disrespectful way I was treated while I was politely trying to get fixed what should not have been an issue in the first place. I really wanted to love this place.Services: Pedicure
This is one of the cutest nails salon I have been too. It’s very cosy and we’ll decorated. The service is impeccable, I got a pedicure and it was great. I would definitely go back. If you are in the area it’s a must.
Got a gel mani + regular pedi with my mom. Cute little place, great service. Wish they did nail tips though - we didn’t realize til we got there. Would go again!Service: Gel manicures
Quiet pretty salon close to Soho. I’m extremely picky about pedicures and I got a great one here, gentle but lasting. They use Zoya polish here.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and not worth the $55 dollars for the pedicure. Walked in was not greeted, asked if I could come in because they looked confused as to why I was even there. Pedicure started, they didn’t talk to me at all just to themselves laughing, then the put lotion on did 1 minute foot rub painted and then said go to the dryer. For $55 it should’ve been much longer with more thing’s involved. Then at the end being pressured to leave a tip with Venmo. I will never come back.
I did a gel manicure and I love the look. They have some additional costs for adding pearls/shell. Price is reasonable.
Very clean place with excellent ambiance. The staff is professional and kind; they do amazing work. There are many details that make the place nice, no ads on the wall, no cheesy timers, relaxing music, no TVs, and excellent quality products. It’s a bit more expensive than other places but well worth it for the experience.
