I just have a question. My car has been there for almost 2 weeks because they say they are waiting for a part to arrive. Is this typical? I appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

I highly recommend this location as there are several in Las Vegas. Great pricing and time efficient repairs. No " we'll have the car ready tomorrow." Joe, the manager and his entire staff are great!

Nice ,friendly just had a smog but it was all good and quick

I brought my 3 cars there for years. Previous manager Mark was awesome. Unfortunately now it's overpriced compared to more established companies, and new management doesn't care about customer service or quality

I do not recommend this place since the staff is not the most qualified because they break the parts of your car and then you end up paying it well, they tell you one price and you end up paying another.

Always an amazing experience!! They even took the time to take me below the car so I could understand first hand what they were working on.

I stopped in, on a whim, for a smog check and was pleased with the guest service and amount of time it took to complete the job. Pleasantly surprised by the price of services as well.

Originally went in for oil change, fair price on that service. Then I was way overcharged for brake pad replacements and high labor costs. Not the kind of place I would recommend to friends or family for big jobs.
