AAA-Advanced Chem-Dry

I love the professional job Norm and Brandon do. I have been using them for more than 10 years. They are always on time, friendly, and fair in their pricing. Most important, once they finish, my 20 year old carpet looks brand new and is dry in less than three hours. The dogs and I have yet to make a stain that they couldn't remove. Great people. Great service.

Update Jan 2016 - Brandon did a great job again. Carpets are clean despite my dogs attempts to ruin them ; The Teflon treatment paid off, no high traffic wear at all. As always, prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend without any reservations. June 2015 - They did an amazing job of cleaning white carpet that had seen a lot of kid and dog traffic. Brandon spent a lot of time working on making our high traffic areas look new. I was shocked at how clean he got the carpet. Much cleaner than other more traditional methods that we have used previously. We paid extra for the Teflon and three weeks later, it still looks like the day they cleaned it. Well worth the extra dollars. Price was very reasonable, they were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. I will be using them again.

I have had the pleasure of using AAA-Advanced Chem-Dry for several years now and have been thoroughly pleased with their product and their service. Norm the owner/manager has proven his knowledge and experience many times over with "difficult" stains left by children, in my office, and at home, by pets. Brandon the serviceman is always on time, friendly and businesslike. He gets the job done, well and promptly. Norm has been cleaning our carpets for the last 13 years, and we would have no one else in our home. He is so so very very particular about how he approaches the entire cleaning process, and he never skips a step. When Brandon came on board a couple of years ago, I wondered how he would embrace Norm's high expectations. Well, he is now the clone of Norm. Brandon is a thoughtful, personable, hard worker, totally dedicated to the highest level of customer service. And he is so proud of his training and of the fact that he has learned from the master. Norm and Brandon have never let me down; they are always on time and always super sensitive to protecting your home and when they leave, you know you have the cleanest carpets possible, delivered by the nicest, most knowledgeable people in the business. Last week they cleaned our beautiful Claire Murray kitchen rug, being so aware of how much we would miss it in our high-traffic kitchen area. Within 2 days they returned it, carefully laid it back down. We're scheduling our annual cleaning of the remainder of our home soon. They are without question, THE BEST. And Brandon is the best thing that ever happened to Norm.

I didn't realize that there were multiple Chem Drys in Scottsdale. My son had called this one last year instead of our regular and Brandon did the job. He did a fantastic job getting the dirt out of of our off white carpets. I meant to call the Chem Dry we'd used before but called this one and Brandon came out again. I am SO happy he did. It was worth paying small extra amount because Brandon TRULY cares and does such a thorough job rather than just having 2-3 men show up with their hoses going through my garage. He used a portable unit and got stains out that I never thought would come out after having renovations done on our carpet. Furthermore, Brandon was a pleasure to have at our house.
