Don Williams to the rescue today! We had to take some extra time to ensure my care was loaded onto the tow truck safely today. Don was patient & worked together with me solving the issues. Masks were worn & safety clearly the goal. Bravo. Kind & very good at communicating throughout the process.

I had to get my car towed today and the tow truck driver was very nice and he arrived very quickly. His name was Don Williams and he is the bountiful driver. Having AAA is always a life saver and having a friendly professional truck driver show up promptly is the best!
We had an unexpected breakdown in the middle Of Salt Lake area. Don Williams showed up 5 minutes after we called AAA. He went above and beyond, as he towed our car to 2 different repair places, as the first place couldn’t help us. Definitely impressed with his service.
