AAA Flood Drying

Clay came out to look at our basement bedroom that had serious groundwater infiltration. He was prompt, showing up within an hour of my 8 am call. He asked lots of questions, looked at everything and then advised me how to fix it myself because the cost of his services would be more than I paid for the carpet for the record, the carpet was cheap; his services were not overly expensive and then gave me additional advice about how to prevent a problem in the garage. All for free. He was truly professional, he went out of his way to give me advice and save me money, and he clearly knew his stuff. Fair, honest, prompt, responsive and very friendly. A true gem!

Our basement dehumidifier float switch broke and caused water from the tank to overflow onto our basement carpet. Found Clay's video on a Sunday morning and gave him a call for advice on how best to prevent mold and mildew from growing. He gave me some good advice over the phone on a Sunday morning. Very grateful for his help and knowledge--Thanks so much Clay!!!

Called Clay King to get info about my wet basement. Did not need his services. Honest reply and made every effort to advise how to proceed. If I ever needed the services of a flood mitigation expert, I would call him. J Haber
