AAA - Las Vegas

Not even a 1 star. I've had AAA Premier roadside assistance for 45 years. With my membership I'm allowed 4 services per year . In the 45 years I’ve only used the service once or twice per year. Just in the last several months I had to use all of my 4 services. I only had 2 more months before renewal. I called to see if I could renew earlier but was told I could not and would not get towed until my present membership expired on the last day. Long story short, I canceled. Now my membership is supposed to expire on 10-31-2022 but I’ve been receiving notices to renew my membership as early as of 10-1-2022. Very disappointed with AAA

Was trying to see if I could have my DMV registration updated due to adding my husband on the title paperwork. Originally the DMV left his name off of the registration when we transferred it from CA toNV. Wasn't able to have this transaction done, since the DMV inadvertently left off my husband's name, meaning I have to go back to the DMV for that change. Receptionist was friendly and the representative was trying to assist in taking care of our predicament but could not after speaking with her supervisor.

This location is the easiest location to have most of your DMV things done such as plates and registrations. You can walk in without an appointment. .

Although they have a nice roomy interior, there doesn't seem to be enough staff. I came early in the morning and still had to wait for service despite there only being 3 customers in the building- and we were outnumbered by staff. I had another experience where I came in 30 minutes until closing, and they turned me away because they said it would take half an hour wait. This customer service is weighed far below their ability to get out of work in time!

They were very welcoming and helpful. Transaction went fast and smoothly with a very pleasant perso who assisted me.

Everyone was very very polite. No problem with the staff at all. But I got passport pictures taken got in the car and drove home and then looked at the pictures. They are terrible. I had to get two sets. They cut off the top of my granddaughters head in 3 photos and in the fourth photo it showed a bit of the top of her head. And also no stamp was put on the back as to where the photo was taken. These have to be pictures taken a certain way for a legal document. Not happy at all. Waste of good money. Going to try and go back. My granddaughters head was tilted and it says no tilted head on the govt website.

Skipped the DMV and registered my new car. It took all of 15 minutes and everyone was genuinely kind and extremely helpful.

Good customer service. Was easy and fast renewing my registration instead of waiting in line at the DMV.

Too expensive for the insurance and the roadside service it’s bad never get there on time they always take forever on there roadside service

I couldn't get tabs for the car but they definitely put me in the right direction as the DMV was not available for over 90 days Where they sent me was on Flamingo and Cimarron on Saturdays they only do walk ins. You have to get there by 4am if you want out quick as they open at 7:30 or You'll be there all day
