Throughout I found both their Plumbers, and the back office staff courteous and helpful. The plumber was punctual and I was not kept waiting. I was kept updated throughout on the status of the new part with their suppler, so that I could be sure that everything would be ready for the installation, and that I would not have to take a day off work for nothing. Would recommend.
I needed help on big heating job it was just before new year. We called this plumbing company, they provided a fast response and the plumber arrived in couple of hours. He was polite and hard working as well. On that day by 9pm a new boiler and 6 radiators where fitted and commissioned. What else can I say. Would highly recommend.
We called this plumbing company as a friend had suggested them. They arrived. After a lot of investigation found that we had a gas leak it probably was under the floor in the lounge! The plumber was able to fit new gas pipes to the boiler and get the heating back on. The following week they came back and put new pipes via the gas meter, through the loft down to the gas fire on the opposite side of the house. The job was done neatly and quickly. I cannot fault the service. I was so pleased that it was done quickly. Can't praise them enough. Would recommend
Sincere praise to this company, thanks for going the extra mile. I was very happy with this Plumbing company as they were able to see me within 48 hours, unlike my usual company. The plumber that came was professional and friendly. Would use again and recommend.
We contacted the Local Plumbers regarding problems with a kitchen sink tap & also to check for problems with an upstairs toilet. The service provided was excellent, and the plumbing was done in no time at all. Very happy with the outcome. Many thanks.
We called this company as we had a leak, when they arrived they took control of the situation and put me as ease. They stopped the leak which could have caused so much more damage to our home, they carried out the necessary repairs. I cannot praise their service enough. Have recommended them to all my friends.
