I just wanted to send you a quick note of gratitude for your help on yesterdays celebration at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School. Leann's help in preparation for the event was stellar. I very much appreciated Leann's insight expertise and willingness to help us think through our needs in order to make sure we were prepared for a seamless celebration that was fun for the scholars and staff. I also want to extend a great amount of gratitude and appreciation for George and the entire on-site staff. They arrived on-time and fully prepared to ensure the best time possible for everyone including myself and the others organizing the event! Not only did they accommodate a last minute request for a generator, but brought an extra just in case. We ended up not needing the generator only because of their efforts to trouble shoot and overcome limitations. Their professionalism and enthusiasm went well beyond the technical and logistical where they clearly shined. The energy they brought to the event was contagious. They interacted with 250 scholars, families and staff with joy and patience that can not be measured. Thank you to your entire team. I very much look forward to working with you in the future.

Dennis is a great guy. I called him twice for advise about a problem that I was having with a different company and he was extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to give him a call.

Rented a snow cone machine from Aardvark for a large event. Got there on time, they taught us how to use it, picked up right when it was over, and the machine was in great shape. Was a huge hit at the party & we're very thankful for all the helpful people at Aardvark who made it possible! Thanks guys!

I have been working with Youth Programs for over 20 years and have used Aardvark over 40 times, I have worked on occasions with people who have used other providers and they also have changed to Aardvark. The professionalism exhibited by the booking people down to the young people who work the events is fantastic and I will never use or recommend any other company.

Unreliable over & over again. Two years ago, I ordered a Bouncy House & King Kong Swing 2 months before our event, in person, for a Saturday in September with a deposit of half the amount. I was told a contract would be e-mailed to me. I received the contract but didn't notice the date that I requested was incorrect. The day before the event, Dennis called & said, "We'll be there on Sunday to set up the items ordered." I said, " It's not Sunday but Saturday and he said, " I'm sorry the items are already booked to someone else for Saturday." He gave us another company which is not what we wanted but we had no choice. Last year I ordered the Swing approximately 2 months in advance, gave a deposit & made sure the date and time from 2pm to 4pm were correct on the contract. Approximately 4 days before our event, Dennis called & said that the time had to be changed from 3:30pm to 5:30pm or later. When I refused, he said, "I'll return your deposit or you have to accept the change." I had no choice but to agree & the day of the event the ride didn't arrive until 4:pm, a half hour later. The job was given to a different company that had been notified by Dennis to replace his ride. So apparently, a contract and deposit doesn't mean anything to Dennis.

They have been the local block party people for a very long time now, if you are having an event and you want amusement for kids this is the place to deal with!

We had the pleasure of working with Aaardvark Amusements for our client at Tropicana Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. They provided four carnival booths with eight games and our guests loved it! Their crew was professional and even came down to AC 4 hours before the event to be sure everything would be perfect. We will definitely use their services again, and we give them the highest rating!
