When we finally received our washer and dryer almost a week after we were told we would receive them, the washer was dented and scratched and they did nothing about it or even call or email us back regarding it. Never seems to be any manager around and other employees seem bothered when you call or come in for questions. But they don’t hesitate to call you the second your payment is late and rude on the phone. Anxious to have it paid off so we can be done dealing with them.
I told them if have to wait to buy until I could get the old appliances washer and dryer out; rep said he would arrange to have them taken out of the house though he said they wouldn't be able to take them off my hands, so I bought. We found a delivery time after work hours so someone would be home to let them in, everything sounding good. They arrived five hours before the scheduled time, luckily for them my partner was home on his lunch break. Then they informed us they wouldn't be able to remove the old appliances from the house. Well dang. Don't I feel like the butt of a joke.
So, I ordered a laptop Monday and they got it in for me without a payment right away I called yesterday and made my payment; I asked if the could deliver it. They said yes, because the manager live by my town in Minnesota I was like cool so I don’t have to drive an hour away. They said it would be at my apartment by sun down. It’s not here and I’m really irritated, they can not get in contact with the person who has it, which make me even more mad; now I’m not the one to get on and write a review but when you say your going to deliver something that I paid for you should! Now I might not be able to get it till Monday and I’m not happy at all because of this at least when I lived in Ohio the customer service that I received from Aaron’s was 100% better and they delivered when they said they would!
I walked in to this store to make a purchase I walked in a circle looking around for about five minutes before approaching for additional help However, as I approached Brandon a store manager I believe he was nice & willing to deal with the purchase I was trying to complete. He also expressed that they would drop off this Thursday Dec 19th. As I stayed home waiting from 12/3 pm. No workers or non of my items have showed up. Agin I call back at 5:30 spoke with Brandon once again. This time he was extremely short Almost biased so I felt. As I over looked him telling me he had no time frame for the delivery & no apologies for the inconvenience. Brandon then called me back about an hour later after 6pm and apologized for the day and his poor attitude. He also told me they would be to my house no later then 7:30/7:45 pm. I said thank you and no problem. Me and the kids set and waiting but no one ever showed. As the store must close at 8 pm no answer for me when I try to reach the store. No the next morning I call right before 10 to ask what time they might be to my home as Brandon was unavailable I spoke with one of the stuff. They said he was with a customer. He made a statement that it would be around 12pm I said as I don’t have all day to wait again. I called at 12:25pm and asked the ETA and to speak with Brandon which almost refused to get on the phone. Sending workers to answer for him. As I made the statement that I was going to just show up and stop by the store because I don’t understand why they’re giving me the run around after I’ve paid and find paperwork for the items I’m receiving. Brandon hang up because I used on bad word which was not directed at him but towards the situation and he knew this. As I called back him and his stuff continued to pick up and hang up the phone. I’m not sure if this is the correct way to handle any one persons or business. This is unfortunate as I have paid off many items from this company and felt like I’ve been treated like a nobody. I’m sure rent-A-Center could always use additional business. Thanks for handling your clients and customer like peasants or that their money or experience doesn’t matter when dealing with Aaron’s in Sioux Falls South Dakota.
I don't understand why you would say this item will be deliverd to you *on this specific day* and when that day has come we call in to make sure what time, then Brandon says that what we ordered will be here for the next two days I don't understand. You gave us your word this has been happening for months now... This is the kind of professional service you give out to your customers? And plus you don't even say sorry for the inconveniences ... I'm so disappointed... I wish you would meet your promises... And your word.
Beware of giving these people credit card information! I used my card for past payments and they kept it on file and used it for unauthorized charges AFTER i called and made arrangements to pay at a later date. When i called them , noone seemed to know who did it and my calls were left hanging on hold or not returned. Brandon, the store manager, assured me that i would be refunded.That was a week ago and the funds were never returned. He played games all week with me....today he informed me that they were not returning my money . I have filed fraudulent charges with my bank institution and the local authorities...Beware! ...follow up.....the authorities went to the store and talked to Brandan. He lied through his teeth! It is now in the bank's hands. I was informed to contact the Better Business Bureau, which i did. I will NOT be doing business with them again! .
Great bunch we have been dealing with aarons for about 2-3 years now and let me tell you what they are great people. Sometimes communication can be a little mixed but its not bad enough to complain about. If your looking at leasing to buy this is the place with the best selection the best staff and ive never gone there and have any of them in a bad mood. As long as you make your payments on time and honor the contract you will have a great experience!
Pathetic company would give zero stars if possible they had me use a loaner washer 90% of my loan and when I called to check on it they didn’t know where it was. This was after them coming and picking it up 3 times to send it off to get fixed. Each time returned with same issue.
I've shopped with aarons since about 2009 and I've always had luck with this location but recently that changed. They called me at my work threatened me with sending the cops to my job and putting theft charges on me for not bringing the tv back when I told them to come get it many times. Then when I tried to hang up the lady told me you will not hang this phone up. So I went in the next Friday to get something cheaper and return the tv and the manager was just so rude. We tried going to the east side and the manager over there is so much nicer and easier to work with.
Let's see our payments changed in price everytime we made a payment. We are not on auto pay and the manager thinks he can just run your debit card without authorization. Very rude disrespectful staff members. They refuse to pick up their items from our house and threaten to call the sheriff's office! What a joke! Your better off going ro Rent A Center!!!!
