I have been doing business with this location for six months now and I don't like it. I am currently on hold and have been for 19 min now. No one has come back to check on me. I have been an Aaron's customer for over 15 years but this store treats me like I'm not going pay them or I am going run off with the furniture every time I add a new item. It's like the corporate buying power I have means nothing at this store. The manager is not interested in accommodating long time customers at all. Corporate says I'm family BUT NOT AT THIS STORE. I WISH I HAD ANOTHER LOCATION OPTION.
Lots of Americans live paycheck to paycheck and it’s hard to make big purchases . this company allows you to obtain the things that you need to succeed So that you can keep pushing forward

Great place to shop if you do the 90 days same as cash. I wanted to buy a washer machine and the lady said let me speak to my manager they came out with if u do cash today you get a free dryer. I was shock. The deal of a century. I did not buy them Becuz I end up putting the home for sale but The service was great. Definitely will recommend this location. Thank you both and a shout out to the lady that help me she knows customer service.
If I could I would of gave negative stars!!!!!!I moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to help the company I work for expand. I sold all my furniture to make my move simpler. I decided to use your company to obtain new furniture and my experience has been all out HORRIBLE. Ordering online and your over the phone agents are great. The store location in Las Vegas, Nevada at 1132 S. Decatur is where my horrible review and experience has taken place. My first contract which was a mattress took forever to come. They told me a certain date and never showed up. They rescheduled then the day they show up they show up very late and with only one delivery man whom was complaining to me that he isn’t the normal guy and that he hates delivery’s because he doesn’t get enough tips. He then goes on to ask me if I could help him carry the queen mattress set upstairs because he is unable to complete the job alone. Why should a customer have to help a “company” with their delivery? I oblige due to the fact I needed my bed. My second ordered which is suppose to be delivered at the very moment I am writing this complaint was suppose to be here by 3pm. I’ve been home waiting for them all day and it is now 5:18pm exactly. If I hadn’t already sold my sofas I would cancel this order and never shop with Aaron’s again. I have called the store several time and spoken with several different associates. They all keep telling me that I’m the next delivery. When I called to confirm my delivery early this morning every seemed as if someone had messed up and didn’t know anything of a delivery. Horrible associates and managers like the ones at this location is the reason in which company’s go out of business from losing customer base. Several of the associates are extremely rude the times I have visited location and to be totally honest once I pay off my current lease I will no longer shop with your company. I hope that your corporate office takes the matter serious and train these managers and associates with better customer service skills. Thank You
As promised Aaron's here is my ZERO star review...I ordered 2-Piece Berkeley Reversible Chaise Sofa and Storage Ottoman Set SKU: G100814 on December 23rd. Here we are on Feb 5th and no one at corporate or this location seem to have any idea where my furniture is. Yesterday, Tony in corporate office, supposedly tracked the order down. Returns my call and tells me it has been delivered and my local store will be contacting me for delivery. So I reach out, and find out they not only don't have my furniture, they don't even know where it is. Truly unbelievable! And they expect me not to be upset. Here's my a portion of my email. Funny how 14 business days turns into 6 weeks and counting. For each day that I have waited I will continue to update with a 1 star revue. Truly the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received. Confirmation #: E1322774 Your order is in process and your item will be delivered by your servicing store between 12-14 Business Days Not in time for the Holidays.
I'm doing this review because I want everyone to know what a great guy Nick Ross is at this location. He made the process very easy with the first item I wanted. Just a few days ago I wanted to get something for the family and Nick made getting my second item even easier. He is certainly someone who takes the time to find exactly what you want and at your budget. So, go to Nick on Decatur, he will treat you right!
I ordered my sectional. When the delivery came the guy was very abrasive, very rudely tells us that the measurement doesn’t fit. He didn’t even want to try until I called the manager. When they took the furnitures down from the truck they were not even being careful showing their frustrations. Skyler the manager I was speaking with was very helpful and was understanding of my disappointment with their delivery. He even gave me other options. This whole delivery experience was a nightmare. I just wanted my sectionals. I’m a returning customer and had no issues with them before.
Went in to get refrigerator and the guy was rude from the get go. Have paid off 5 items in past 3 years. We keep getting preferred costumer flyers in mail. This guy didn't want to even look up my file or really do anything he was to busy being short with us and rude. Looking for better store with better costumer service.
I'm writing this review because Aarons need to know what an awesome manager they have in Nick at the Decatur location. We Daniel and I are at this location because of this guy. Nick is the kind of manager that listens to you and shows empathy. He is calm and understanding and just an all around cool guy. If Aarons ever let's him leave...we will follow! We love ya Nick. Keep doin your thing at the Decatur location and we will stay as long as you do!
