Customer service I's horrible im on hold for long periods of time. Then rushed off either a promise of a call back. And this was a manage thst was 2 wells ago.i suffer from anxiety I kept yelling him I don't live on area and I did my first lease with out going in store...I really wish they would train managers to have a better bed side manner...I m debating starting another leade.
My furniture broke it hasn’t even been a month sat on the couch and heard a cracking noise it definitely sunk in also some thing on the loveseat cracked my daughters foot we flipped it over it was a big silver staple. I would not recommend this poor quality furniture to anyone I should’ve just did a layaway at a regular furniture store
So this location lack to communicate that you can’t do two different rentals in one apartment. I ended up calling the store because I wanted to know how am I getting a refund they vs aid “come to the store to pick up the check because it doesn’t go back to the card.” So now that I’m here right now as I’m typing this the store is “closed” and she’ll be open in one hour. When the store clearly states open from Monday-Thursday 10am - 7pm. I live a decent amount away from the store so now I’m standing here waiting. This is unprofessional and I will never refer or deal with “Aaron’s” again.

I leased a king size mattress and it was delivered in two days
Went to start a rental agreement on bedroom set. Front desk staff were decent. Put a dollar down was told I'd be contacted by a manager and I was all set. After a few weeks of no contact I called the store. I was told without meeting a manager my rental agreement could not start. They could not explain why I wasn't contacted by the manager like the front desk staff said I would be. So I decided to go elsewhere and not do business with them after all. They kept the dollar lol
Came in for a bed frame with box springs She showed me a beautiful white wash bed frame and headboard …. what I received was a cheap weak brown wooden headboard box spring and metal bed frame … the head board also looks te purposed super disappointed I’ve been trying to call today and no answer I really just want this returned im ok with box spring since I don’t want to sleep on the floor .. not sure what I’m paying for !?
They are scammers . I was a good customer. My tv blew out when the power went out and never came back on I wanted to use my warranty and they refused to fix it, so I stopped payment on that item. Meanwhile, I was making payments on furniture I had. they took a percentage of my full payment on the furniture and split it towards the tv without letting me know. I returned the furniture immediately. Horrible horrible place to do business they ghetto and messy.the manager nigel is unprofessional and a con and Rosie is disrespectful. They need to be fired. This is the worst place to go to.
