Very bad mortgage adviser, disappointed my mort without proper reasons. Quickly I found another bank, they approve my mort smoothly. The mortgage workers in this bank have very bad attitude, don’t go if you don’t want them mix up your house buying.

It’s a busy bank and there’s only one person in office duty and two in the bank teller window.

Big banks got bailout, and the feds want to use this tiny bank as a scapegoat for the financial crisis. If the Sung family is not so honorable, they would be jailed. I would trust them with all my money. Please open a branch in California. I will move all my money to your bank.

Absolutely horrible management and leadership. They only have their interest in making money and does not care about their customer. They will not tell you if you’ve overdrafted and the payment didn’t go to the loan, instead it went to the checking account. Which did not pay off the loan.

Management needs training. One of there employees thought it was funny my mortgage was raised without any type of notice. Really just a poor excuse of a bank. Wish I could remortgage with another bank but my term is short and almost finished. Will NEVER use this bank again.
