Abbey of St Walburga

What a wonderfully beautiful and welcoming place. The chapel is lovely and the nuns so very friendly and inviting. A place of grace to be sure.

I grew up visiting the sisters and the abbey back when they were in Boulder and since then as an adult I’ve visited several times in Virginia Dale and it’s always such a blessed experience!Its such a blessing to pray with the sisters or listen to them pray the divine office.They also have a great little gift shop with some great stuff in it.

The sisters here are angels and provide a great place of respite and retreat. Solemn and holy, please be respectful when on the property. There is a gift shop on premise.
