This is my second year getting my taxes done with Carrie's team and they are wonderful. They are super organized and make tax season a breeze. When I had questions, they were only an email away and typically responded within a few hours. I'm glad they took me on as a client!

I previously wrote a poor review of this company and then received a notice that my review was taken down and that my email address had been "claimed" by the said company. Not sure how that happens but I would urge anyone considering this tax firm to read the overwhelming negative Yelp reviews, which are accurate. The previous longterm accountant was fair and professional and this group is not. Curt. Rude. Talks down to clients. Again and again. Many complaints. I would suggest H&R Block before this company.

Mr. Abbott was an excellent CPA who I used for 6 years and have nothing but positives to say about him... unfortunately, he's retired. I've had a very negative experience using Ms. Huffman's services. Her staff is terrible at communication and, at one point, mislaid my paperwork and didn't send in my taxes for over 6 weeks until I contacted the state wondering why I hadn't received my tax refund. I had to tell Huffman there was a problem... they were clueless about it. Huffman's staff "sort of apologized" but their explanation was "well, I guess you're the one person out of 700 who had a problem." Gee... how comforting to know that. For what they charged me to do my taxes which are relatively simple, I would have saved money by going to HR Block or some generic place and likely wouldn't have had the screwups. Never again.

While I don't know much about how the tax process works, I do know we were expecting to pay thousands of dollars and instead we got back thousands of dollars. This was life changing for us. They made a super complicated process a little less complicated for us and we will continue to come back year after year. Thank you!

This was the first year I have had Carrie Huffman prepare our taxes and she did an incredible job. Highly knowledgeable and so helpful. She is a no-nonsense tax genius. Thank you!

I don't know how tis company has a 5 star rating unless they edit the reviews themselves. I called to inquire about an appointment and the lady answering the phone was extremely rude. She said, "we are not accepting new clients at this time .I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever.

Still waiting to be contacted about 2022 tax filings dropped off all documents ages ago. Why so slow
