Amazing job! Courteous, polite, asked the proper questions and came through on everything I tasked them with. I was a walk in after waiting 2 hours WITH an appointment at a salon that was waaay too packed and rushed. I still didn't get my nails done after the wait so I came here and boy did they come through! Update: I have gone back now two times after. The second time they were chunky and above the nail line more than average. Also, I noticed they do pedicures with lubriderm you're dry within 24 hours. I suggest body butter or something a lot more thicker to make your pedicure last. Finally, I went for a rebase and a nail broke off diagonally the very next day. I moved my 5 star to a 3. Consistency is needed!

I am really disappointed. I have been here numerous times for pedicures. They have always done a great job. Today I called to see how much a half leg wax would be. DO NOT GET WAX HERE! I get regular Brazilian waxes at another place. I wax the rest of my body on my own. The backs of my legs are always a hard area to get. I like to get my thighs professionally waxed occasionally. I always go to nail salons, and it is usually no big deal. When I got to the room, the woman asked me to lay down with the door open. Then I asked if I could undress with the door closed. Maybe she didn’t know we were doing legs. She came back, I told her I just wanted to do the tops of my legs. Half leg, the thigh. There was some sort of misunderstanding because she started waxing my calf. I had just shaved a few days ago, so I know the hair wasn’t long enough for wax. I tried to ask her to only do the top, 2-3 times. She then tells me it is going to be extra for the whole leg. I told her I just want half. Another woman comes into the room. They begin pointing out parts of my legs, and it felt like they were confused and snickering… They were both waxing me. They started waxing high up on my leg, near my buttocks. They were not holding the skin tight so they pulled multiple times without getting the wax or hair. This is VERY painful and anyone who has been waxed know the pain of a bad pull. Twice they pulled a strip multiple times. Finally a 3rd woman comes into the room. I tell her I only wanted the top of my legs waxed. She explains to them. I told them it was okay, I’d just do the back. I could do the front myself. They began talking again to each other. When I walked out of the room, I was so embarrassed because they were all giggling and staring at me. I don’t know if they were laughing because of the misunderstanding or me, but it was so uncomfortable. Long story short, go here for nails. Take a pass on the waxing. I don’t know if I’ll be able to step in there again without feeling mortified Service: Waxing

Back for my new set and Mimi nailed it no pun intended she stayed late again because I’m horrible at making appointments so I just walked in. I told her the colors and let her do her thing and she has amazed me again with her artistic talent I can’t be happier, my nails last and they’re phenomenal, love this salon and love Miss Mimi

This place always exeed my expectations! Kyana is the best! I now live in Phoenix AZ and in this town I haven't find someone to do such of good job like her I just went to visit ABQ last weekend and it still amazing I will always go there every time I can I will give them million Stars if I could! Hopefully I can go back soon! I leave you girls some pictures of her amazing work!

They were rude, don't listen to their customers. I asked the lady to stop doing my nails because the weren't what I wanted and still proceeded with " oh no they look real nice" and they over charge for SIMPLE nail art and gold polish. . I went in kind of late in the evening and and I was still seen got my nails rebased by Nancy she did a fantastic job. Thanks
