ABC Roofing

Untrustworthy and do not keep their word. I have used ABC a couple times, and their quality of work was fine in the past. However, in October, we sold our house and moved to Virginia from Avon. As we left, I got a quote from ABC, for $1200 for repairs we had to make for the buyers. I signed the contract in November and paid them in full. They told me the work would be done maybe before thanksgiving, but if not right afterwards due to being very busy. We moved, and then I came back to our old house in early APRIL of this year to discover the work was never done. I assumed they had done it and just were poor communicators like they always had been. So I had to call them after they basically stole $1200 from me and they claimed due to personal circumstances they just still hadn’t gotten it done. Which I don’t believe. Then they said it would be done that week, but took an extra two to complete it. On 4/20 I received a voicemail saying it was done. Then today, on 4/22/22 received a call and an email with an invoice saying I owed them $1200!!! Unbelievable. If you use this company make sure you only pay them a small amount up front and you better keep your receipts and bank statements. Shmucks

ABC Roofing came highly recommended by a friend, who also had valuable landscaping she wanted protected. I could not have been more pleased with the care that the roofing crew gave my home and gardens. As promised the job was done in a day and half tear off old roof and re-shingle new and my driveway and sidewalks were left cleaner than before they came. They also helped me work out financing for a one year, no interest loan, and followed through on everything promised. Vince and Sonja were great communicators.

ABC Roofing could not have been more professional. The company has a commitment to excellence and they live up to it. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and answer any questions or concerns; the employees who provided the service were pleasant and friendly. Kind to notify me when they arrived and when they left. They cleaned up after the work was completed and I couldn't even tell they had been there. My roof and new guttering look amazing. Remember ABC when you have needs because they ARE THE BEST!
