ABC Towing

I recently had a very positive experience with ABC towing. I almost never write reviews, but my experience was impactful enough that I felt compelled to write one. I bought a car at midnight and wanted it towed home that night. I was comfortable with paying any late fees that might be associated with calling a non-emergency tow late at night, so I called 23 towing companies around the valley. 3 of them picked up the phone, and 2 of those companies did not have a driver available. There's one commonality with the negative reviews I see, and that's when it's very late at night and a tow is needed ASAP. Some of the reviews left here feel unrealistic and unfair in their level of expectations; I certainly was with my phone call, but ABC towing was the one company in the Valley that came through for me. I would have expected an excessive wait time, but they were to where I was in 20 minutes. They had the car in my driveway within an hour of me calling them. As a mechanic, I've towed a lot of vehicles, and I've never had a turnaround time that quick, let alone at midnight. These tow truck drivers are human just as much as anyone else. I guarantee you almost everyone leaving a negative review has never been on-call for a job ever before. Thank you ABC towing. My one regret is that I didn't get the name of the tow truck driver who helped me. I wish I could thank him directly in this review, but this will have to do.Service: Car towing

I originally called to get my tire changed. But Tow Truck realized the spare was bad. They offered to tow my car to the shop at an affordable price. Overall, very thorough, punctual and friendly. Good towing service. Would recommend!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! They went above and beyond to help me! After towing my car out of my driveway, it was my battery. They reconnected it and even test drove it for me to be sure it was all good! Saved me time and put a BIG smile on my face! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended towing service for any low profile/ suspension vehicle. Great customer Service. job well done. Quick and careful loading and unloading from Tow Truck and will definitely use ABC Towing again for any of my future needs, if need be of course.

My truck’s oil sender had gone out as I later found out at the mechanic leaving me stranded. It was already late in the day, dark, going on 7pm I believe. This was the only tow service that responded and came out to help get my truck to the mechanic. The tow guy took amazing care while loading my truck onto the flatbed and delivered it safely. If the need ever arises again, this company has my business. Available for me when the chips were down. Thanks

I called and got Skip. He was great. It’s Thanksgiving and my car went out when I was getting off the freeway. All the other tow companies I called did not answer. A few hours before leaving for vacation, our car died. Peter came and picked it up and was generous enough to work with us let us pay remotely rather than in person.
