I’ve been going here for almost 5 years! All of the technicians are great but my favorite is Nina! Very clean environment and great quality, highly recommended!

Such a great nail salon! This was my first time going here, and I definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on! I didn't have an appointment but luckily they were nice enough to get me started right away. I chose to the the package deal with the regular pedicure and gel nails. First of all- incredible price! My nail tech who I unfortunately forgot to get the name of was so sweet and did an amazing job. If you're considering coming here- I definitely recommend doing it! The place was really clean and nice too.

Today Alma did my gel manicure and it came out amazing. She took her time and did a great job. Good customer service. I paid $35 for it, but I have to say it’s worth it for the experience. Alma removed my old gel, filed my nails just right, polished them perfectly, massaged my hands, and a nice back rub while they dried. They also have a wide range of gel colors to choose from.

The lady doing my nails was very friendly and nice. She did a wonderful job on my nails and I really liked it. Also the back massage was great never had anything like it. My father came along and got a facial and came back with clear skin. Amazinggg He made a great choice coming here.

I used to love this place, but management has really gone downhill. I called today at 5pm and requested an appointment which a particular nail technician for 6pm. The person on the phone told me they can't make an appointment for just a manicure okay weird. I then asked if the person I wanted to see was already booked for 6pm. She then puts the person I want to see on the phone. I've been seeing the same person for about 8 years. The girl herself tells me to come in at 6. She'll be available. I head down to the salon. I get there at 5:50 just to see she just started a pedicure on another customer. The manager, then tells me it's going to be a half hour wait and that they can't take an appointme by for just a manicure. First of all, there were about 4 other technicians sitting there doing nothing. She could have given one of the other technicians the customer my girl was working on. Second of all I was told it was okay, and to come down just 45 minutes prior to getting there. Third of all I've been going there for 8 years! When I do set appointments I still have to wait 15 minutes to be seen, and I don't complain. There is no customer appreciation whatsoever anymore and they all lack professionalism. So sad to see this business go downhill. Appreciate your customers more. We're the reason you're still in business.

I have going to Abbey nails since I moved to the city about seven yrs. I had tried many spas before Abbey’s , but no one did gel as well as Abbeys. I highly recommend Abbeys Nails. Each girl that works there are very polite and very helpful. I have one special young lady, Nina that does my full set of false/ gel nails. She is wonderful. So if you want the best go to Abbeys on Chambers.thank you Nina your the best.

My usual nail salon was busy, so I stopped in this salon on Chamber St. As I walked home. I got a gel manicure and it looks amazing. Its pricey, for those looking to spend less than $25 for a manicure, but it turned out very nice! I will be going back.

Horrible customer service. I went in to remove my gel nail polish, and get a simple manicure. However I was treated like a burden. And my nails came out horrible. Went back 2 days later to ask if they could fix them and it was a total waste of time. Homegirl just kept asking "where", as if she couldn't see the chipping and ripples. Best part was she fixed two nails and left me under the dryer .

I have gone to this nail shop and am horrified at my nails. The nail technician filed them wrong lengths. She had a problem with polishing them close to the cuticle and did not file them smooth. The top coat was smudge and left ripples on my nails. I am MORTIFIED that they still after all of this wanted to charge me $50.00 for SNS. I would not recommend to anyone

It's a great place very clean. Manicures and Pedicures are so worth it! But waxing not at all worthy, I still have some little hairs on my legs, they use the roller wax, I thought it was dipped. I didn't like at all that I was pressured to give tip, its like it's mandatory to give tip even if they did a bad job :/ Get prices but bad job
