Terry Abeyta and his staff were extremely helpful. We did not know what to expect going into this process, and Terry and his staff were direct in offering us their insights and their thoughts on the case, however we never felt pressured or were off-put as they were gentle and accommodating in giving us time to think over our decisions. I was grateful for the interpreters that they had on staff to help my mom with the language barrier. The staff was very kind and they were always ready to answer questions and would relay our questions to the lawyers quickly. Terry was extremely knowledgeable about his work as a lawyer, but also in regard to the judges and lawyers that work in this area which made him beyond helpful in knowing how to navigate the system. We are deeply grateful for the amazing work that Terry and his staff did on our case, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer.

This entire staff from start to finish took great care in my sons auto accident case{minor}. Thank you for what you have done and your hard work even after we moved.

We were referred to Terry at Abeyta Nelson through divine providence. Having experienced a major life altering crash, we were apprehensive, but from the moment we entered Abeyta Nelson, we felt reassured by Terry and staff’s genuine empathy, courtesy and professional manner.
Terry made clear that it would be a long road, but a journey we would take together. That took a lot of the pressure and stress of the situation off our shoulders, knowing we had a knowledgeable and experienced expert representing us.
Everyone was amazing in their kindness and gentleness towards us. With the injury still so fresh and painful, it was comforting to hear how Terry and his staff were making progress with the case. They would in keep in regular contact and not leave us in the dark, whether by direct contact, email or phone calls.
With efficiency and professionalism they resolved our claim, giving us best the options throughout the journey, guiding us where needed and allowing us to have our own voice. I hired David Abeyta after a car accident that left me with some pretty bad whiplash, unfortunately the other driver's insurance created a lot of hassle and prolonged the settlement. I was informed of every step of the process and had an excellent experience with this law firm. I would highly recommend them!
