i called at 4:40 pm and sum guy said everyone went home. you can call tomorrow.... what the heck???? 9 -5 business hours ?? I'M gonna buy my tickets to china from an online site. They should keep at least 1 person to quote pricing till 5pm. i've been in their office before & there are 6 or 7 people working..... Not good business

Not always super fast but if you've worked with them before, they treat you like family. Like my grouchy old-school Hong Kong auntie, Carrie smiles at me only when she thinks I'm not looking. They have good fares, and can arrange China visas faster and better than anyone in town. Plus, usually some great discounted fares. I've bought tix and arranged visas through Able many times over the years and still do whenever i can. But treat them badly or be in a huff or a rush and you'll get the grouchy look or worse. Be nice, and they'll rescue you when you're in trouble.

The worst agency ever! Not polite, chaotic! Printing one page for 2 dollars, sucks

If you get a Chinese visa here, ask these people to pick your passport up.
