Do not recommend this place….AT.ALL. They currently failed my uncles case in which he was here for 10+ years and has a child we take care of. They gonna deport him. This place should be fully sued and shut down completely. They make you wait, Put you on hold and just give you assistant and assistant everytime you try to be in contact with the actual lawyer. The lack of information and dedication from this place is absolutely unacceptable. For anyone looking at this.. and at my side of my situation/story they have failed us. They failed my family. Skip this lawyer please for the love of god. They’re this bad I am not overreacting it is the complete truth for your own good !!

This lawyer was a god sent savior & was blessed to have him for this situation of deportation with his knowledge & kindness. If anyone is reading this I recommend him for any situation with status concerning immigration. Thank you again Mr. Solis for saving me. Thank you so much.

Wouldn’t recommend this office at all. We hired their services for my father’s immigration case back in 2018. We met and spoke to the attorney who took my fathers case a couple of times and she gave us her direct number to communicate with her. Unfortunately, she left the firm during the process I wonder why and someone else was assigned the case. They switched the attorney twice, and we came to find out the case wasn’t even assigned to an attorney when my father received a letter from USCIS for an order of deportation. As some of the reviews mention, you are put on hold when you call instead of being directed to an attorney. We scheduled an appointment with them to speak to the attorney and see what else could be done within a month. We drove two and half hours just to be attended by some lady who we had no idea what her position was wasn’t an attorney for only about 10 minutes. She just repeated what we already knew based on the letter and didn’t suggest any other possible solution. She agreed to just follow the order of deportation and leave the country. We payed around $8,000 just for them to give up, and they almost charged me extra when the case first started had I not mentioned it was already paid. The customer service we received was unacceptable. I looked for another attorney right away and had them send my fathers case to her and she at least gave us hope for one last possibility.

I've had my case here for years and service has gone down exponentially. Multiple errors, slow work, lack of communication, rude staff, and terrible customer service. The first few years I could honestly say I loved this law firm and I even reccomended it to multiple friends and family, however, nowadays I can't to finish my case so I no longer have to deal with this office. Having actually met Abogado Manuel Solis in the past, I wonder if he's aware of how his office is running nowadays.

I have to call several times a day waiting for more than 15 min each call in order for them to answer their phone to actually talk to someone and still costumer service sucks they don’t even know if they have appointments available.. They do everything at the last min, they don’t take the time to actually get you ready for court.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Worst experience at a law firm. We waited 30 minutes to be seen, and once we were the office manager Ms.Phan was the most unhelpful person I've met. The consultation was 75 dollars just for her to print out the U.S. immigration and citizenship web page. Waste of time, please do not give these people their money, very rude and very unhelpful. At the end, Ms.Phann stated that she will not help us and the law firm could not take our case. When I said okay I understand she stopped me and asked "why cant we take your case?" I paid 75 dollars for you to tell me why you can't take my case why are you asking me for something that you are paid to answer. Please if you are looking for an attorney to help you on your immigration case in regards to illegal entrance to the U.S. please go else where these people will accuse you of lying and give you attitude.

At the moment I give it five stars, they are still in my case. I don't like being left waiting when you have an appointment, but so far so good

Getting really frustrated with this law firm, my husband or I haven’t spoken to our lawyer in nearly a year! We use to call so much but the assistants didn’t know anything, couldn’t tell us anything, or would just give us the run around. So we finally tried to let it play out, but now it’s been 9 months since even getting an update on our case. Now we’re worried my husband will loose his job… all thanks to trusting this lawyer that he could have it done no later than a year and a half. We’re on our second year now and are extremely irritated and even considering a new lawyer as well. Moral of the story, this place seems to just give you the run around and you’re never able to find someone who can actually help you, give advice, or even inform you on your case. Oh and don’t get me started on the wait time if you call, I’ve literally been on the phone… on hold for not just a few minutes but even up to an hour!! Depending how the rest of my experience with this law office goes I’ll update my review.

Im start 10 year ago with my permanent resident and I’m finish with my citizenship thanks lawyer and personal yo make my dreams come true now I’m a USA citizen and thanks for all the attention that you put in my case
