I've taken my rescue husky here twice; the first time there were no issues but this time the human interaction/customer service was quite rude. When I brought my dog in I was not greeted but told immediately my appointment was for the next day it wasn't. When I picked my dog up I was brusquely informed she doesn't like being picked up and that I should have mentioned that. I wasn't asked that question upon dropping her off, and I've never needed to tell any other groomer in town that my 63 pound husky does not like being picked up. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was here today it could've been a fluke, and the grooming job itself was good but will probably not be coming back. :/
I came here for the first time today. My doggy was attacked a while back and is skittish when she encounters other dogs. Before I took my dog in I informed her and she immediately said she can trim her nails outside instead. It made it so much smoother for my doggy, she wasn't as scared and did better. She's 10 years old and anything I can do to make her more comfortable, I will do. I will be coming back because of her kindness and willing to work with me.
They did a great job on our older dog's teeth. And she was not scared. She seem to enjoy herself like we had left her with a friend. Maybe she thought the teeth cleaning ointment was a snack. Her teeth are so much better and her breath is great! Super nice ladys there.
The ladies at Canine magic grooming salon were great to our dog Coal we just adopted two weeks before we made an appointment. He was matted and really needed some attention. They really did a great job and made him feel comfortable. It took longer than estimated due to they were very gentle with Coal. I recommend Canine magic grooming salon as they really care about pets.
So glad there is a dog groomer now on the West Side! They did an amazing job with my pup. Melissa and Vickie are so sweet, I'm glad I chose them. The prices are very good and affordable for their quality work. This will be my new go-to-place for grooming from now on.
Thank goodness there is a pet grooming business in town that cares about animals! These ladies are fantastic, friendly, and reasonable prices too. Take your dogs HERE for grooming to get professional, personalized service at a great price!
My daughter has a Cocker Spaniel, when she she got him he was just a baby. we had no idea where to take him for grooming full service. Our Chief started out with PetSmart, I think they are over priced for service. I'm Grandma, my daughter was not impressed by the results of his grooming. I came across our neighborhood site for Ventana Ranch, I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask questions. I told Melissa about our situation, she scheduled for his second grooming. My daughter was a bit nervous about it. When they picked him up he was so happy, he looked and smelled great! Since Melissa stop for a while, we had to go to another one. Big mistake he was given a crew cut and was scared when being picked up! Melissa posted her shop is now open,I told my daughter, she was excited and scheduled right away!!! He's already had his first appt. she made him look great, smell great and most of all he loves her!! We love her!!!! Bottom line if you need a groomer no need to look around, if you're reading this you just found the best groomer in town
I took my dog to have her nails cut. They had not been done in a long time. They took her in quickly and was very professional. The did great working with my dog and making her feel special
Changed review due to knowing how damaging reviews can be and google being at fault for business hours. I would make the suggestion to post hours on the window. Came at 5:10 due to not having my calls answered. And the location was closed. This may be due to googles open hours but google said you close at 6. Disappointing because I needed to get my elderly dogs nails trimmed.
