I was in an accident and selected Caliber as the repair shop mainly because they were close to my house. I'm so glad I did because the service was amazing. They kept me informed at each step of my repairs and about which parts were needed. My car was ready a few days before their estimated date and I've had no complaints since getting it back. I would definitely recommend Caliber on Mint street!

Caliber Collision is much more than 5 stars!! They were very busy as always. They are the very best here in Charlotte!! I drove in without an appointment and in a tough spot. I was incredibly satisfied with my service at caliber collisions. The workers were all excellent. My vehicle was repaired faster than I expected and very well. Linda kept me up to date on my repairs, which I appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. 10/10 definitely recommend

The entire staff at Caliber provided excellent customer service from my first conversation with Hannah to picking up my car from Glen. I was informed via text messages during the entire process which was completed on time and with extra care. I was pleasantly surprised to find the car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I was assigned to Caliber for repairs to my BMW x5 by my insurance company and to be honest, I was nervous only because you never know when you are assigned a place versus choosing your own. That being said, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Linda was absolutely amazing from start to finish - explaining all the work and it was extensive, 4 weeks worth of repairs and texting me multiple times a week to update me on the progress. Even the rental car coordination was done through them which was also very smooth. I am so happy with not only the experience but the work done to my car. It looks brand new! Went here to repair my rear bumper and trunk from a collison and they were amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend going here, Linda is the best! Got my car back quicker then expected and it looks great! Wonderful customer service and a company who actually answers the phone when you call! I don't know how they are in business. They clearly pay insurance companies to route cars to them. They sat on my car for 2 months, lied every single time we called for a status update. It will be ready in the next few days was always the answer. In the end they didn't fix the car and returned it to us with a missing bumper insert and now we have to go to another body shop. This might be the absolutely worst service I have ever received. I would stay away from them.Service: Body & Trim

Had my car repaired there and the team was great! Nicole was my service tech and she was fantastic with keeping me up to date and being available for questions. They were able to get my car back to me several days earlier than the estimate and made it look better than new!!
