Abruzzo

I stopped to get a meal to go. After getting on my flight and was so starved. I opened my box and realized I paid $23 for avocado and toast. No eggs. Looks how nasty they even made it. I need my money back. This is awful. I nearly died of hunger on my 3.5 hours flight. I vomited as my stomach was so empty.

Passing through on a Wednesday afternoon, we were greeted with a mostly empty restaurant and a very friendly hostess. My spicy chicken sandwich had a nice kick and the side salad was good. Wife really liked the meatballs. Looks like they have a reasonable wine selection as well. All in all, a nice experience.

Terrible. Pricey. octopus served with skin still on. Limp French fries with squashed ketchup packets. Broccoli rabe was stringy. Nice bartender though.

If you don’t have access to a lounge, hungry and are at the airport early, grab a seat at Abruzzo. Friendly staff, reasonable airport prices and food is leaps and bounds better than anything else at the airport for the same price.
