Please give acupuncture a try - you won't regret it. Grace Bolton is wonderful. She is very professional, incredibly kind, and sincerely cares about your health. My very first visit was related to shoulder pain. As I came in, we spent the first 30 minutes talking about my health in general, not only the immediate issue on hand. After only one visit, the combination of Grace's magic with needles and cupping therapy did its wonders and the next day I felt much better - both physically and mentally. Ever since, I've visited Abundance Health many times to address any physical discomfort or anything stress-related I might have had, or even without any specific problems - mostly to stay in good shape and spirits I guess. It feels very comfortable talking to Grace about whatever health or emotional issues I might experience and it makes the treatment feel very personal. I love cupping therapy Grace does after the main procedure - makes you feel so good, especially on the next day. Another episode I would like to mention that would describe Grace as a person would be when our whole family had COVID. Grace was checking daily on us, just to see how we all were doing. Grace is amazing. Grace was recommended to me after i moved from out of state and lucky me, I was one and done with finding an acupuncturist. She listens. She loves what she does and cares for her clients immeasurably. Also, she has a gentle gentle touch. You’ll rarely know she put a needle in you!

I had excellent results from two courses of treatment at Abundance Health, first at the previous location, and more recently at the new location in Los Gatos. The new location is ideal, btw, with easy parking, and favorite LG amenities nearby. Grace helped me address a women's health issue back before the pandemic, and provided me tremendous relief and healing. I went to see her recently with a very different problem, a pinch in my neck from a muscular issue in my shoulder. Using acupuncture and fire cups, Grace immediately improved my mobility and reduced the pain I was experiencing. After a minimal number of visits, my shoulder and neck were restored and I have been able to work unencumbered. Grace is a gifted healer; knowledgeable, compassionate and serene. I highly recommend!!

I am terrified of needles, but Grace is incredible. I injured my back herniated disks and pinched nerves in my spine, after seven months of being pretty much incapable of doing anything even opening a door, the neurologist at Stanford suggested I try acupuncture and a chiropractor - in addition to physical therapy he did say no surgery for me. I have to admit, I put off acupuncture because of my needle phobia and started with the chiropractor, but that only did so much and the chiropractor said I should definitely try acupuncture. I'm really glad that I did, but that I chose Grace. The first time I was terrified, but she has a really great way about her where she made me feel okay and understood how much pain I was in. If you've been in a lot of pain, that's kind of a big deal to know that someone understands just how much pain you are in. This isn't one of those things where I went in and the first session made a miracle - I went twice before I really noticed a lot of change. One of the sessions made a whopping huge difference and that had me completely floored, in disbelief and doing a happy dance. Honestly, I have no idea how this works, or how she does this, but it's been amazing. I went from not being able to do use my arm to suddenly just opening the fridge and grabbing the milk -- what?! I literally had to rely on my husband and others to do everything and now, I'm just doing things - like normal. I still have a ways to go, but I just wanted to post this so anyone even on the fence -- even a scaredy cat like me -- will give it a go and call her. Also know, the pills do help -- that's where a huge and major impact happened for me. I don't know how they work, but it's been crazy to go from western medicine giving me pills that knocked me out, to these herbs that make it so my hand/arm works and I have quality of life. I really don't know if I would have stuck with it if it hadn't been for Grace; she's been really great and has made me feel like I'm not alone in this - that it will get better - and to me the crazy thing is, that is has, and in such a short amount of time! After suffering so long I had to write this and say seriously -- give her a call!

Grace is the best. She treated my injured leg and I left feeling 100 percent after the first session! I recommend anybody to try out this spot! I will defenitly be going back!

Grace is so gentle and kind. She has an understanding of both Eastern and Western medicine as well as yoga and blends her knowledge and expertise so well!
