ABUZZ Salon Suites offers a full range of cosmetology and barber spaces for rent. Our goal is to provide our renters with everything they need, allowing them to devote their full-time attention to managing and growing their businesses.

We started with our first Las Vegas property in 2011 and continue to expand and satisfy our rental customers.

Our business model is to provide suites comparable to our competitor's at 40-50% lower costs. In addition to lowest rental rates in the Las Vegas Valley, we also offer our renters highly discounted advertising promotion materials as well as free website exposure.

All potential renters are thoroughly vetted to ensure compatibility with existing renters already at the property. This approach reduces conflict down the road and supports our overall goal of LOW to NO DRAMA in our salons.
