I had an issue with an appliance I bought from ABW. They came quickly and fixed the problem. They’re very efficient about keeping you posted on when to expect the service person to arrive, and their people are very careful shoe covers and polite. They make it easy.

Abysmal. Warning you DO NOT shop here! We ordered all new appliances for a kitchen remodel and the order was never placed. Each month we were assured it was advancing, yet 4 months later after order when it was time for install ABW said the order had actually never been placed. We are still waiting for any item to arrive, yet there is no communication. Meanwhile they've cashed an over $8K check from us and had the money for the 4 months since order placed. Again...I warn you, DO NOT shop here!

A great experience with ABW when I bought a new Bosch dishwasher. Melonie, the sales rep, was wonderful to work with. Complications arose with initial installation. This was on my part because of a kitchen plumbing/pipe issues. The techs on the first delivery explained the problem.They were very understanding and communicated with ABW about the issue. Dishwasher had to be returned to the warehouse while I resolved the problem. The re-delivery team, were just as professional as the first team. I would not hesitate in buying other appliances from ABW or recommending ABW to others.

Abysmal. In the future will not buy any appliances that would be required to be serviced by this company. I've been without a washer for months due to their incompetence. A serviceman ordered the wrong part, which caused another 3 week wait to see a second repairman. Then I had to call multiple times to check on the progress of the part shipment. Then that repairman was let go. Called back, the third time to find out they had the part but just didn't feel the need to let me know or help me schedule. They made me pay in advance for the part and service and then said they would need to call me back because they had to talk to a manager to find a good time to install it. Fast forward 4 days and now i've had to call back. Currently on a 15 minute hold waiting for them to "find my account". I will never ever use this company again. This is not the first time this has happened!!!!!! Horrible, horrible company.

Sun was outstanding as the tech that came to our home. He finished much quicker than anticipated and was professional throughout the process. Everything is now working perfectly, and we are extremely pleased with our experience working with ABW. They understand how to handle higher end appliance needs and we can't be happier to have them as our go to for all our appliance needs. Thank You

Got a new 48” Jen Air fridge delivered to replace an 8 month old fridge that was not cooling properly. Guys did a great job swapping the refrigerators out. Thanks Danielle for getting us the new fridge quickly.

ABW provided excellent customer service, they really took care of my need for a Washer and Dryer. The delivery and installation were smooth with no delays or issues. From the beginning of the process, Betty took care of me she was very professional, excellent communication, very detailed oriented and great follow-thru with all questions or concerns. I will be using ABW for future appliance needs and will refer to friends and family.

We had a really great experience using ABW for our new fridge. The sales team was extremely responsive leading up to the purchase. Our salesperson, Donald, even called to ensure I had ordered the correct model when he saw that I purchased one of their smaller fridges. He just wanted to confirm I didn’t make a mistake and would be happy with the size of the final product. They really went above and beyond. The delivery was also a very smooth process, and they were able to haul away our old appliance and install the new fridge even given the difficulties of navigating through an older house with small doorways. Most importantly, we are really happy with the quality of our new fridge! We would definitely go through ABW for any future appliance purchases.
