Academy Sports + Outdoors

I was there for a registration for the Bubble Run & I understand why they put it in the furthest depths of the store however it was too far in the back. There was zero signage where the registration table was so you had to bug the store employees. You could tell that they were tired of explaining it! Poor choice of placement & did anyone stop to buy anything on the way in or out....? Not me in fact I hurried outta there due to my frustration over the registration area! Bad marketing idea people!!!

Nice store. Has equipment for just about every sport you can participate in in Arkansas. Nice $5 patriotic tees, too.

The staff member was knowledgeable about the product we were interested in, and took the time to talk to us about related items. It was towards closing time, yet he didn't rush us, or make us feel like an inconvenience! However, the LRPD OFFICER, stationed at the front of the store, was more concerned about his social media on his phone, I walked up to him, to thank him for his service, and HE did not acknowledge me...we left, happy with our purchase, but let down by the attitude of the LRPD OFFICER.

Great store they have a lot of items on sale , they made $5 off on C4 pre - workout I bought me two cans .

Gteat customer service and follow up! Had a bad experience a wrote a review. I received a call the very next day that addressed my concerns. I will definitely keep shopping at Academy Sports!
