Academy Sports + Outdoors

Always have liked Academy...their products are top quality. I have bought guns, ammo, clothing, fishing gear and many other items from them. This was our first time to visit this store. It was impressive and well stocked. I bought a Magellan fishing shirt and really like the quality of all Magellan products I've used.

Store is alwals well stocked and prices are great. I have found men clothes sizes run small, so I usually have to buy 1 or 2 sizes up

Only reason they got a star is because I had to in order to post this but they where very rude and didn't even want to help me and my wife. They bad thing about it they followed us out the store thinking we was stealing and the fat slob that thought we was stealing we asked him for some help he just looked at us..I know not every one is a bad person but f$&k that store and all the people that worked in it on this day I post this.. Fire them all

This location is always pretty clean although the ladies' bathroom is usually low on supplies. There never seems to be very many employees which is one of the reasons why I gave it a lower rating but I must add that I have never waited in a long line and most of the staff is friendly. My husband is disabled and it is a big store so it can be difficult to get around even with the one electric cart provided. Disabled customers may not shop here often since it is basically an athletic store but since the store carries hunting and fishing supplies and disabled customers do both activities, it would have been rated higher if these customers' needs had been considered more.
