Accel at Crystal Park

Very professional. Attentive, Pleasant, upbeat & punctual. Food was good.

Food was cold and not a balanced meal, served in styrofoam. Staff treated Mom like she was a child. She was in there recovering from broken thigh bone. Therapy was minimal and very simple. Requests were more often ignored. I brought her home early .

Accel was able to accommodate our families needs in just the right time. From the time we spoke with the admissions department up to admitting dad it was a smooth process. Thanks Accel!
