Just finished a conference there and had a great time. I ordered double chicken breast at the pool and it quite possibly may have been the best chicken ever! Breakfast was amazing and service during breakfast was too. Dinner - wasn’t great and service wasn’t either but the manager stepped in and overall took dinner from a 1 star to a 5 star. I forgot her name or I would have posted that here. Service in many hotels is lacking since COVID, but the room attendants were truly stunning! Jason helped me at the front desk. Also, Curtis in the valet area was a true star! The connection to the Mandalay Bay casino was easy and convenient. I also have to comment on the public bathrooms during our conference / they were amazingly clean! We weren’t a huge group, but there was never water all over the counters and the usual you find in a Men’s restroom. Excellent service in that aspect too. The gym was amazing and perfectly spotlessly clean!

The Four Seasons is an oasis from the craziness of the strip. No smoke. Great service. Calm. The pool is gorgeous and the spa is an amazing experience. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. A tiny gesture that exemplified the hundreds of little touches: I set up my laptop on the desk and my mouse wasn't working with the glass surface of the desk. So I used the room service menu as an impromptu mouse pad. The maid service noticed and replaced it with an actual mouse pad without me saying anything. It took me a day to realize that my mouse was working better and to notice why. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We're loyal Four Seasons guests!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. Excellent staff, super clean rooms, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere after the hustle & bustle. Nonsmoking & no casino but easy access to Mandalay Bay resort. Gorgeous pool area with comfortable lounge chairs, complimentary ice water & frozen fruit.

Best hotel I ever stayed in. Amazing rooms. No smoke and quiet for relaxation. Got married and everyone was so sweet plus a little free chocolate. You can also go to Mandalay Bay easily and access other hotels. Shark reef is super amazing. Cannot say enough wo mentioning the pool and gym.Rooms: 5/5

A great secret that you have on this property is the spa and it's great staff. From the time I walked in the spa, I was given such amazing service. They made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. I had a massage, by Heather... one of these best ones I have had in a LONG time. I also had a facial that was equally amazing. One of the things I do when on vacation is find a spa. Spas are pretty much the same, except the service, that makes or breaks an experience. This spa was prefect...because of the staff.

Had a lovely time here honeymooning. Room was exceptional and roomy. Great service touches from check in Esther set us up with some champagne while we waited to the pool Edgar was great and friendly, and the provided sunscreen was really nice. Definitely check out this hotel if you’re looking for a secluded, quiet oasis that’s still pretty close to the action of Las Vegas. Hope to be back soon!

I was booked here after my room at Mandalay Bay was unavailable. It was great. The only amenities I got to use were the fancy toiletries and the bed. The bed was so amazing, that I looked into purchasing a similar mattress. The room was quiet and had a decent view. I was sad when they moved us to Mandalay Bay for the remainder of our stay. To be clear, there is notthing wrong with Mandalay Bay at all.. it was just an amazing experience that I would have never gotten to enjoy had there not been a problem

So accommodating on everything! Valet charged the EV for us without asking. Front desk at check-in arranged a welcome gift for our child, so thoughtful with the surprise in room. Thoughtfulness of leaving us children shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom: great customer service!! Quality everything, so so so clean, quiet, and so beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

The room was clean. The surroundings was quiet and you didn’t have to walk through a Smokey casino to get to your room, but the shower drain didn’t work. We told the front desk and showed pictures. They said they would fix it. Later that evening when we got back to the room and showered, it was the same. They never fixed it or offered us a different room. Disappointing for a Four Seasons. The pool was nice and relaxing. Complementary pitcher of ice water. Breakfast at the Veranda was delicious.

This hotel makes staying in Vegas amazing. It's clean, quiet, the check in is seamless, no smoking, no casino..... you can visit every one of those things at Mandalay Bay, but you can easily avoid it, which is a HUGE win for Mr. Plus the staff across the board is top notch!Rooms: 4/5
