Went with this company when it was Record Center Innovation and should have pulled all my documents prior to the switch. It has been a nightmare working with this company. Would highly recommend never doing business with them from secret rate changes to horrible customer service.
Terrible, terrible company. Crazy hidden fees. We needed some of our company boxes destroyed we pay them $2,300 per month storage and they sent us a bill for $9,100!!! It was $5.50 to pull each box and another $7.50 to destroy them. We can't even get our boxes out without paying $80,000 in fees! This should be illegal!
