Literally every thing about my experience was Access RV Rental was as bad as it could possibly be. About 10 months before my pick up day, I worked with them to schedule a week long rental of their largest size of RV. Even though I was assured multiple times that it was being reserved, they did not have the RV. I had payed a very large deposit for a specific model of RV, and all they had on the lot was the smaller RVs. I also had payed for the camping pack, kitchenware and linens. They were out of all of these things. I had to buy my own kitchenware, blankets, camping chairs, everything. When we arrived at our camping destination with the RV, things got even worse. On arrival, the leveling system in the RV was malfunctioning. We were unable to level the RV, and after hours of trying to contact Access RV for assistance with no success, we had to call a friend who is a mechanic. Then, just to make things even worse, our septic system was not working. After hours of disgusting troubleshooting trying to find the problem, we were able to fix the issue. One problem was that the tank was not previously drained, which is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable considering how much we payed.
Moral of the story, if you want your RV experience to be a little worse than the awful RV comedy flick, go ahead and rent from Access RV and Rental.

I checked out a number of rental companies for our trip to Jackson Hole/Yellowstone and Access RV was the only one with consistently good reviews. The cost to rent was higher, but I found out that's because unlike other RV rental places, Access RV rentals are new (not older than two years). When I checked out the consistently good reviews, I decided that if we were going to be spending nine days in tight quarters, it was worth paying extra. And, I was glad we did. Our 27 foot RV, which was perfect for our family of five was clean, new (16,000 miles) and drove really well. Plus, there were no ads all over the outside of the RV like some other companies. And, there was a new Access RV office right in Jackson Hole, which made it convenient. Cody at Access RV and the other Access RV representatives were also really easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Access RV to friends and be renting from them again. Thanks for a great trip. The Stewart Family

RV camping is great fun and we had no issues with the RV itself. It would have been nice to have the levelers as our campsite in Yellowstone was on a slight incline. The kitchen kit didn't include a big pot and collander for pasta even though we specifically asked for them and got an affirmative. The portable BBQ didn't have a connector for the propane tank (which was a third full), but they refunded the fee for that. Kody is friendly.

My wife, Michelle Koby, and I have been renting from Access RV out of Jackson for going on 9 years. The reservation response time is quick. The rates are very reasonable and the fleet is made up of high quality vehicles that are often brand new. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your RV trip results in a wonderful memory.
