Accurate Full Service Vehicle Center

First time I had ever been to Accurate. My friend gave me a clue to come here. I usually do my own repairs but due to a work injury I had a simple oil change done by this company. They changed the oil. At the end they informed me I needed a new plug because mine had become stripped.. I laughed and said what did you do? I just replaced it 3 months ago! He than started sputtering and continued to try an convince me the plug was in bad shape. Lets just say, I wont be back.

Horrible! I needed a new mechanic and was curious about their never ending radio commercials. So after reviewing their reviews on google I took a chance. I guess I found out the hard way why they have to still advertise even though they have been in business for years. You would think after many years of amazing service to customers word of mouth would have spread. Apparently not this place. I noticed a vibrating sound coming from my rear end only when then temps dropped below freezing. Took it to accurate. The mechanic took it for a test drive and informed me that there was nothing wrong. I than had to tell him AGAIN let it sit outside and get cold then take it for a drive, you will hear the vibrating sound. He got back to me a couple hours later and yes he did this time notice the sound. Sounding like and experienced team yet? lol Kue was unfortunately the mechanic assigned to my vehicle. He said my options were limited but not limited to replacing the entire back axle of the vehicle. Thousands of dollars to fix the vibrating? I pressed on. What else could I do I asked? He than said well we can try to change out the fluid in the gears. I said lets try that first. Thats what we did and now I have no problems. Why wouldn't he have suggested that first? Why couldn't they diagnose this from the beginning? Staff that is either trained to replace many parts or just simply untrained all together. But don't bring this to the attention of the old man you hear on the radio. He always will have an excuse. You as the customer are in the wrong. A good business practice don't you think. I guess that's why he needs radio time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
