Accurate Staffing's new staff members are amazing! I recently ran into Johnna (who is now at Ultra Force) and boy, that was a degrading experience. The Branch Manager at Accurate Staffing, Natasha, is very understanding and willing to do what ever she can to make sure she takes care of her employees. We all know when looking for employment, it can be a very stressful process. Natasha's encouraging words and work ethic have made this process as seamless as possible. Thank you for treating me as an equal human being! I will be recommending Accurate Staffing on all my social media accounts. Thanks again Ladies!

The new staff is terrible. I called and didn't know the staff had changed. The lady on the other end was rude and very unprofessional.... I would not recommend!

I see why this place has bad reviews. I was told pretty much they like to sum up people in person before willing to extend and relay any positions they have available. This company has an online application that none of the location look at. Then what is the purpose? Surprise they're still open.

No communication what so ever within the company.... I called to see if my boyfriend will get paternity leave and spoke to a woman named Joanna this was 2 weeks ago literally, she didn't know the answer and said she needed to contact Corporate to find out and would give me a call back... 2 days later no call.. I had to call the Charlotte office to get the answer. Not only that, today 8/10/17 I called back up there to speak to Natasha the branch manager about my boyfriends pay check which he was told by Katie a week ago and Joanna 2 weeks ago that he would be able to pick his check up on Thursday 8/10/17 since we just had a baby and are in hospital. When I spoke to Natasha today she had said Joanna hasn't been there for a month and Katie denied it. Natasha said that since he specifically told them to keep his check there and not send it to ZWZ (the company he works for) he would have to pick it up Friday while everyone else at ZWZ will get their checks today it may be later around 4 pm Natasha said before she gets checks there because they are not supposed to give them out, but ZWZ hands checks out anyway.... I asked her if she would just send his check to ZWZ and she said no she couldn't that it was in a different stack and he had to pick it up there Friday. We just had a baby and are here until Friday... there is no communication and obviously they don't have people who want to have great customer service. All you get is the run around... personally the staffing company I worked for would have never done this and the regional and branch manager would have never let it go this far.... my advice for Accurate is to make sure you know all the answers before you speak... if you don't know the answer to a question it's simple ask!!!
