ACE Cash Express

I had to get a cashiers check here one time. They only had one person working so it was a very long wait... not sure if that's the norm here. She was nice, though. :)

#1 Computer System: Can't call ahead to see if the computers are down... which apparently happens often given the number of times I've stopped in for a quick transaction that can't be processed. It is evident that the frustration level is high, even with the nicer employees. #2 Incorrect Information: Last week a new (very nasty employee) told me I had to fill out a form, pay $5 & wire the cash (in my hand!) to reload my netSpend Visa. She looked at me hateful. I looked at her wondering ‘why aren’t you working in a morgue?’. #3 Hit or Miss: sometimes the employees are knowledgeable & friendly but just as often I'm treated with disdain, like being a customer is a bad thing. #4 Competition is a good thing: there are many other options, so I’m outta here. Good luck. Maybe your experience will be better.
