Was not what i expected from a company with a rating like that. I was quite disappointed with the way i was treated. Was given an appointment time and nobody showed up even well after appointment time was up. Finally called and cancelled and found a company that did want my business.

Kathy is fantastic. She made sure to get my client's windows done BEFORE we closed. She rearranged the schedule to make it work, even after we didn't get paperwork to her in a timely manner. From one professional to another, a very sincere thank you! Will be using you and referring you in the future!

Highly recommend! This is a very professional and detailed company. Ace installed new glass and new screens in several windows and in two sliding glass doors. My home was built in 1982 and my wood frames are still in good condition. Ace saved thousands with new glass vs. replacing. Will use again.

Highly recommend. They fixed a broken window in my house and then came back and showed me how to close a couple different windows that were a little bowed. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Trish is great to deal with. Really sweet
