Phil & Becky made our refi process painless. I have had closings with 3 other local mortgage companies and this was my second time using Ace. This is my first comment ever posted online! I cant resist complimenting Ace mortgage for their professionalism, attentiveness, honesty, and respect that's been shown during the process of buying land and conversion to construction project. Phil has exceeded my expectations. In this day in age when people are busy and communication is mostly through text and email, Phil almost always answers his phone and if not readily available....you can expect a speedy return phone call. My experience has reminded me that people still care. Look forward to continued partnership!
