I would never call them again. We called them about a year ago when the sewer line to the house we'd just moved into days before got blocked and water started backing into the downstairs bathroom. They came in an emergency and we were relieved at the time, although a bit surprised at the price of just taking a look with the camera, let alone the other services. We hadn't found a plumber in the area yet who could give us a gauge on whether we're getting ripped off, and were inexperienced as we were renters prior. The work was fine - they did fix the immediate problem we actually called for and did good work. The problem was the shadiness. Main guy fixed other stuff in the house w/o permission before we could catch him and charged hundreds of dollars - stuff that's a fraction of the cost with someone else. The other guy was about to start on another $500 thing, but we did manage to stop him - another thing that's normally a fraction of the cost. Then the dude started quoting $900 to replace a toilet with another basic toilet that functions fine to this day - but regardless is also yet again a thing that's a fraction of the cost with someone else. The kicker was sitting in our kitchen quoting another $12-15k to tear apart the concrete steps in the front yard to fully replace the sewer pipe because just snaking could lead to a backup again like next month and it's "not possible" to go through the side. He called us uninformed home buyers and scared us into thinking the previous owner must have violated their legal agreement to disclose known issues with the house. That's how dire they represented the circumstances. Needless to say we got a second opinion on the more major stuff. None of that was actually a dire emergency - it should be done but definitely not at that price and not by having to bust through the concrete steps. We had the line scoped again today by a company that did not charge over $400 just for the camera, but included it in the cost of service. Everything continues to be fine a year later.

We contacted Ace Pelizon plumbing due to a water leak. The plumber arrived as scheduled on February 14, 2022. My husband had already removed the vent and the drywall and therefore the leaking pipe was visible. The technician/plumber completed the repair of the pipe by cutting a piece of the existing pipe and adding a small connector probably 2” in length. The work was completed in at most 30 minutes at the outrageous charge of $624! Overly priced for the amount of time spent on the repair. They seem to have spent more time calculating the price. Unfortunately, the company I use was not available. To add further, the work completed is only guaranteed for 30 days. This due to the fact that it was added to an existing pipe. The limited warranty doesn’t make sense since if the small pipe they installed leaks then we our back where we started. I guess plumbing is a lucrative business... so what is exactly your hourly rate? Attempted to reach staff on 2/17/22 at 5:06 pm. Their answering service reported staff went home. Asked to be contacted next morning ASAP. They left a message at around noon. I will never use them again.
